"Sleep Tight" Bath Salts

These bath salts are 24 ounces in weight (or 4 cups)- enough for plenty of baths.

Sleep is our body's way of recharging the batteries and healing our mind, body, and spirit. This formula will help you unwind and relax before laying your head on your pillow at night. Watch yourself drift away into the most peaceful sleep and awaken with a clear mind. Use as much as necessary. This soak contains Pink Himalayan Salt to remove impurities, toxins & negative energy, baking soda to soothe your muscles, Epsom Salt to treat dry skin, sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and even to fight illness, & crystals to remove the negative energy & replace it with good. Reuse the Amethyst and Selenite crystals for each bath. The Selenite is magical in that it is water soluble, so it will get smaller and disintegrate with time. Don't worry- it's supposed to do this in your bath!

"Sleep Tight" Bath Salt includes:

Essential Oils: Lavender, Roman Chamomile
Crystals: Amethyst, Selenite
Crystal Essence: Rose Quartz
Other: Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Lavender & Chamomile Petals

Chakra healing: Crown, Third Eye

Directions: Put as much of the bath salts in as you'd like in your bath water to remove, banish, & block any unwanted energy and to replace it with loving, bright light (making sure to include your Amethyst & Selenite). Breathe in the scent of the bath salts and visualize yourself drifting off into a deep, calm, and peaceful relaxation, without worry. State your affirmation: "I am relaxed"
