Milk baths have been used as a beauty regimen for smoothing skin and improving its appearance for many years. I mean, if Cleopatra did it, it must be amazing. The fat and protein found in milk mixed with warm bathwater helps exfoliate the skin. Each bath also includes a generous amount of Organic Rolled Oats. Oatmeal is also a popular remedy for sunburns, dry skin and conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. Itchy, dry skin often has a high pH level, but oatmeal can help normalize your skin's pH, which can relieve itchy, uncomfortable skin.

When combined with a crystal, the soothing effects of the bath along with the crystal gives you a magical, restful, and soul soothing experience. Each jar contains one crystal on top. I recommend that you reuse the crystal each time you take a bath- you can also carry it with you, put it under your pillow at night, or put it back in the bottle to continue to infuse the remaining milk bath with it's vibration and essence.

Touch of Love & Tranquility Milk Baths are Vegan, made with Organic Coconut Milk Powder. Organic, full fat coconut milk is rich in skin loving fatty acids that will plump your skin and make it feel smooth and dewy. It also has antibacterial properties, can help with sunburn, is highly moisturizing, and combats skin dryness.

New Beginnings Milk Bath is made with Organic Cow's Milk Powder and Calendula petals. The lactic acid in milk helps cleanse and soften the skin and Calendula is an anti-septic and anti-inflammatory herb that soothes the skin and promotes healing.

Each bath is made with Organic Milk Powder (Coconut or Dairy), Organic Rolled Oats, Epsom Salt, & Himalayan Pink Salt. All ingredients and crystals are Reiki charged for added protection and loving light, are Gluten Free, & Cruelty Free. Each jar is 11 ounces and comes with one crystal inside.
