The heart chakra 💚 (Fourth Chakra) is all about being connected with yourself, as well as cultivating joy, self-love, and compassion. It holds our connection to both the physical and the spiritual aspects of ourselves. Because it is at this pivotal location- connecting the physical and emotional chakras- it is also how we get in touch with our Higher Self in relation to the rest of the world (and even the universe).
When the heart chakra is out of harmony you are disconnected from yourself, you have difficulty loving yourself or giving love from a genuine place. You are out of touch with who you are and may develop depression.
When the heart chakra is in harmony you are fully connected to yourself, you cultivate joy easily, love and accept yourself. You give and receive love genuinely, and cultivate compassion for yourself and others.
Heart Chakra Spray includes the following:
- Crystal Essence: Rose Quartz, Jade, Peridot, Green Aventurine

Directions: Shake well and spray 3-5 times in your energy field. Take 3 deep breaths and imagine the breath energizing the area at the center of your chest. Say, "May I fully & completely connect with myself in a loving and compassionate way & extend that outward to those around me. May I love and accept all of myself"
