Virtually any crystal will help you with meditation but the crystals included in this spray have the highest vibration to enhance meditation 🧘♀️ to the higher consciousness.
Some people have trouble "quieting" the mind and some people experience difficulty sitting and performing mindfulness. If you experience difficulty with this type of meditation, consider a more active meditation such as a walking meditation, guided meditation, or visualization. Meditation Spray includes the following:

Directions- Shake well before use and spray 3-5 times above your head and allow the spray to cleanse your aura. Breathe in the scent of the spray and focus on your breathing.
