Some people have trouble "quieting" the mind and some people experience difficulty sitting and performing mindfulness. If you experience difficulty with this type of meditation, use these bath salts before your meditation to quiet all of those thoughts and to connect you with a higher source.
This soak contains Pink Himalayan Salt to remove impurities, toxins & negative energy, baking soda to soothe your muscles, Epsom Salt to treat dry skin, sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and even to fight illness, & crystals to remove the negative energy & replace it with good.
Reuse the Moonstone and Selenite crystals for each bath. The Selenite is magical in that it is water soluble, so it will get smaller and disintegrate with time. Don't worry- it's supposed to do this in your bath!
These bath salts are 24 ounces in weight (or 4 cups)- enough for plenty of baths.
"Quiet My Mind" Bath Salt includes:
- Crystal Essence: Quartz, Selenite
- Essential Oils: Lavender, Frankincense, Clove, Tangerine
- Crystals (in bag): Moonstone, Selenite
- Other: Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Lavender Petals
Chakra healing: Crown, Sacral
Directions: Put as much of the bath salts in as you'd like in your bath water to remove, banish, & block any unwanted energy and to replace it with loving, bright light (making sure to include your Moonstone & Selenite). Breathe in the scent of the bath salts and focus on your breathing. Sit or lie with your eyes closed and don't attach to any thoughts that arise. State, "I am one with the universe, and I connect to higher consciousness now"
