šĀ The third eye is all about trusting your intuition and inner vision. It is associated with our "sixth sense" and is the center of our wisdom, spiritual insight, and intuition.
When the third eye chakra is out of harmony you focus only on your intellect and reject all spiritual aspects of yourself. You do not trust your intuition, are only able to see the physical reality in life and carry a lot of fear in regard to our inner wisdom.
When the third eye chakra is in harmony you invite your intuition and awareness into everyday aspects of life. You trust your inner vision and act upon what your intuition tells you (which makes us stronger).

Directions: Shake well and apply to the area between your eyebrows or onto your hands. If you choose to put the oil onto your hands- rub them together. Friction releases the scent and energy of the oils. Breathe deeply and imagine the breath energizing the area between your brows. Take the time to intentionally connect with your third eye chakra. Inhale deeply and say, "I now release all fear that keeps me from trusting my intuition. May I trust and follow it"
